These tough covers have been designed to protect card readers, access control keypads and similar devices from abuse, accidental damage as well as from the external elements. All Biometric and Keypad Covers are moulded from tough UV-stabilised polycarbonate material that is UV-stabilised against discolouration. Open front for easy access.
Designed to protect fingerprint readers and similar devices from vandalism, accidental damage as well as from the external elements.

CONSTRUCTION

Moulded from tough UV-stabilised polycarbonate material.
Models can also be used over volume and lighting controls.
Stainless steel torsion spring with certain models maintains cover in a closed position.

INSTALLATION

Retrofittable design for a quick and easy installation.
Comes complete with mounting hardware and gasket.
Gasket replacement is recommended at least every five years.

OTHER INFORMATION

Models in this range available in a smoke finish for privacy.
Three year guarantee against breakage of polycarbonate in normal use.
Please note: Due to the curvature of these models, the depth stated will vary.
Typical working properties of polycarbonate are -40° to 121°C (-40° to 250°F).
